Would definitely stay here again!

Liked: We loved everything about our stay, particularly the staff, the super comfortable beds, the decor, and the location. The little travel sized amenities and products provided were excellent quality. We really enjoyed the ambiance and the phenomenal band at the piano bar in The Georgian Room.
Disliked: Only a minor inconvenience, was that the bathrooms were small - the shower area could stand to use a little wider window so the water wouldn’t splash out; and other than not having much counter space in the bathroom, it was a fabulous stay.

Liked: Loved the Art Deco building and interiors A lot of the middle to junior staff were SO helpful and friendly. The bathroom shower itself was good and bathroom amenities and snacks in the room were excellent. The breakfast was incredible. The dinner was good too although a little over priced. The location was terrific.
Disliked: Senior staff / owners had attitude - they were clearly cooler than all of their customers. The way we saw themTreating customers for the restaurant off the street also reeked of superiority. The art deco bathrooms while have been done beautifully, result in shower leaking all over the floor requiring extra towels to mop up the mess. Number of people booked to stay in the room did not match the number of towels Given, let alone to allow for regular mopping of floor. Messages from the amazing wait staff back to the kitchen were often lost so meals that were meant to say exclude gluten toast still had them on my coeliac husbands plate.
