Liked: Very centrally located. Exceptional and hardworking team.
Disliked: If some way could be found to install a lift, this would be great. It’s quite dangerous to carry luggage up and down the stairs. I am in my late fifties and I would recommend that staff insist on carrying luggage up and downstairs for their customers comfort and safety.

Cozy hotel

Liked: Nicely decorated rooms and bathrooms. Quiet location (our room overlooked the back parking lot so there was no street noise. Shower was good. We enjoyed our stay and used the hotel as a jumping off point for the rest of the Cotswolds. Free parking behind hotel.
Disliked: nothing

Liked: Exceptional service as always. This really has been a golden find and when travelling for business to Cheltenham I will always book. All staff are courteous, friendly and professional.
Disliked: There wasn't anything I didn't like, as everything was perfect. The only thing which wasn't necessarily something I didn't like but when trying to leave, two cars had parked where the exit is which were not parking spaces, which meant I couldn't get out and had to reverse the whole length of the car park.

Liked: Decent size comfortable bed and great location.
Disliked: The lighting in the room was poor for making a morning coffee - it was all or nothing. It was ok for the price as it was massively reduced on that date but I would have found it overpriced otherwise. The shower was very difficult to use without water going everywhere.

Liked: Staff are very friendly and acommodating. The room was fine but a little small.
