Liked: Great location - easy walking distance to most of central Cheltenham
Disliked: Property is very tired and poorly maintained. We had to change rooms as the air conditioning unit was faulty and made noises. Needs a good paint job as looking tatty.

Liked: The staff here are fabulous and very friendly and helpful. There is always someone on hand to help. The room was comfortable and perfect for what I needed. The hand soap and hand cream provided smelt fabulous. There is a lovely diner in the basement but only stopped for a coffee and to do some work. Great selection of drinks and snacks behind the bar and perfect location to access the train station.
Disliked: I was leaving early so didn't stop for breakfast.
