Good spot in good location

Liked: Convenient location. Short walk to downtown but quiet at night. Hotel provided snacks and fruit and had excellent breakfast
Disliked: No negatives. Has lots of stairs if that is a problem for anyone

Liked: had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly spacious, with beautiful design details and a very comfortable, super-large bed. Everything was spotless, including the bathroom, which featured lovely elements that really added to the overall experience. The location was perfect, within walking distance of both the city center and the Cheltenham Jazz Festival, which made it incredibly convenient. Overall, everything about this stay exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it.
Disliked: nothing, 10/10 for me

Disliked: No lift (that we could see) so lots of stairs.

Lovely, comfortable stay

Liked: Great location, comfortable room, clean and friendly staff.
Disliked: No bar which was the only down side but there is room service for snacks and drinks available.
