Liked: Staff were great, very helpful. Location lovely, opposite the park.
Disliked: Nothing. Would just say that we had the Tiramisu in the restaurant and although it was quite nice it was definitely not Tiramisu, no coffee or rum flavour at all.

Liked: Fab breakfast, surprise teddy. We had the most amazing “high tea” with our 4 kids. So special.
Disliked: I loved everything. The staff were exceptional.

Liked: Room was excellent, very clean and spacious. Breakfast was 10 out of 10.All the staff were friendly, polite and courteous.Great selection movies etc on the television. No extra charge.Bowl of complimentary apples on each floor was a nice touch and the apples were sensational.
Disliked: Nothing could be improved.
