Liked: Great location!
Disliked: The room card key system for the hotel was not working while we were there. Apparently it had been down of a couple of days. We had to have maintenance let us in our room each time. They were very prompt and cordial abouit it, though, so it was not too much of an inconvenience.

Disliked: No food available at the site ,limited parking plus a fee of 15$ to park. Extra charges for water in the rooms.

Great Hotel

Liked: This was a very elegant hotel. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. It's very close to Old Town Winchester. Walking distance. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The pool is amazing. The beds and pillows are comfy.
Disliked: I do not like that you pay separate for parking to stay there.

Substandard, 3 star at best

Liked: Breakfast was good, best service during my stay.
Disliked: I checked into my room, unpacked laid down to rest after a long flight from Las Vegas and about 10mins later a couple unlocks my door and walks in. They were as confused as I was, I called the front desk and no apologies, just a demand to go to the front dek....I refused as I was tired , it wasn't my fault and I feel they were rather rude (The gentleman, not so much the lady) he definitely should be trained better, especially when dealing with gurst challenges that aren't the guests fault...hospitality 101...I Was there for a wedding and about 4 hours before we were to head over to the wedding the electricity went out...hard to believe tou don't have a backup generator....no apologies for that either. Ill definitely will never recommend anyone staying there. I expected so much more from your property.
