Liked: Gorgeous quaint little hotel with lots of charm. Great location very central. Beautiful entrance hall. Lovely room, stylish bathroom. Very clean, staff were exceptionally helpful.

Basic hotel masquerading as a...

Liked: Good location
Disliked: This was not a 5-star hotel. It was accessed through a door on the street with no lobby. There was a small counter on the first floor and no other facilities. There was also no way to drive up to the hotel without getting a fine! So, the car had to be parked 100 ft away and the luggage had to wheeled up to the hotel. It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel by any stretch of imagination

Liked: The location is superb.
Disliked: The bed was so small and the cleaning was not made properly. Although I put the cleaning request on the door, they forgot daily cleaning till 15:30. They told me that 100 pounds was to be hold from my credit card in case which is unusual. My room was next to the reception although there were many rooms upstairs:(
