Lovely little Inn- would come...
Liked: Beautiful building. Loved that there was live jazz going on when we arrived.
Disliked: Room was very stuffy- difficult to sleep. Breakfast was OK but slightly underwhelming. Bacon overcooked and leathery. Loved the fancy coffeemaker.

Pleasant
Liked: Staff were very friendly & helpful, Madison on reception particularly so. Excellent breakfast and terrace is a lovely place to sit and have a drink.Great shower in room.
Disliked: Unfortunately were a few issues of cleanliness in the room. Quite a lot of dust on top of the headboard, doesn't look like it has ever been cleaned behind the bed. Other areas of noticeable dust around the top of the bathroom. Also quite a bit of hair still in the plug in the bath. Only minor issues however would expect a higher standard for a room at this price point.

All form - no function....
Liked: Check in was quick. The public areas are attractive and stylish with a lovely courtyard, beautifully planted up.
Disliked: Staff didn;t respond to complaints.1 no food quality check was done at 2 breakfast sittings2 I complained about my breakfast on day 2 being poor to reception but no-one ffered to speak to the kitchen. I left most of it and waiting staff didn't ask if anything was wrong.3 shower had evidence of mildew and mould which could easily have been addressed. Shower gell dispenser didn't work and wasn't changed during our stay, despite asking for it to be remedied.4 Cosy room section is in serious need of refurbishment with tatty wallpaper and a tired feel.

Amazing location and lovely boutique...
Liked: Very dog friendly both in room and in public areas.
Disliked: Aircon not functioning and room fan very noisy.

Lovely stay
Liked: Lovely hotel. We had a room going out into the courtyard. Stylish room. All was clean. The staff were amazing. We had dinner and breakfast there and all was good. Nice ambience. Great location. Right on the high street. Beautiful hotel.
Disliked: Nothing
