The George Hotel is a 16th-century coaching inn situated in the center of the historic market town of Wallingford. With seasonal bistro dining it is also a 20 minute drive from Oxford. Friendly, clean, centrally located... overall...

Liked: Everyone at The George was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shampoo and bath gel smelled very nice. The hotel is walking distance from almost everything in Wallingford.
Disliked: There was not one thing I didn't like.

Really clean and neat. Good...

Liked: Really clean and neat. The staff are helpful and friendly. The food is tasty.
Disliked: Only downside is there are no elevators on the property so if you have large suitcases and you have a room on the top floor, good luck.
