Liked: A very clean, comfortable room with large bathroom. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was outstanding - great selection, freshly cooked quality ingredients. Location excellent.
Disliked: Our only comment is that we would have preferred tea and coffee making facilities in our room rather than having to phone for it when required. (There is no charge for this service)

Liked: Breakfast was superb and the bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed room service in the morning, bringing coffee, orange juice and a newspaper. Staff were very courteous; friendly but professional.
Disliked: The room was far too hot when we arrived. The radiators were on full blast and, despite turning them off and opening the windows, the room remained uncomfortably hot. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

Liked: Extremely good customer service with a smile. Lots of attention to detail and checking that you are happy with everything. Excellent dinner and breakfast. Thoughtful extras like tea and coffee delivered to the room complimentary. Flowers inside and out help make it a beautiful place to stay. Best Lobster Thermidor I’ve ever eaten. I can’t wait to go back.
Disliked: That I only stayed one night!
