Liked: We had a fantastic stay and wouldn't hesitate to book here again. Great location within easy reach of nearby visitor attractions and plenty of parking on site. The room was large and very comfortable. The hotel has lots of character. Breakfast was very tasty with hot options made fresh to order. Lovely choice and good quality. Compliments to the Chef here - dinner in the restaurant was absolutely amazing. All of the staff were really helpful and friendly and we loved finishing our day with a cocktail and a chat in the bar.

Liked: The staff were very friendly, decor was appropriate for the style of the building and there was a good feeling about the place. Very conveniently in the centre of Amesbury.
Disliked: There could have been more fresh fruit at breakfast, the tea, coffee and fresh water in the room was replenished overnight and we were surprised there is not a lift up to the first floor. There was a shortage of parking and on the street outside there is time limited parking.
