Disappointing

Disliked: Very noisy fight broke out in the evening

Won't be back

Liked: Good location with easy access to Long Melford. Breakfast was ok (though they only had one menu for everyone).
Disliked: Room was not particularly clean. Doors scraped on floors and door lock seemed flimsy. Hotel was very loud late into the night with Karaoke and pub goers. All staff seemed disgruntled.

Good

Liked: Friendly staff. Nice welcome. Great shower. Tea and coffee in room. Convenient location. Parking on premises.
Disliked: Pillows were too hard for me. Room was too hot when I went to sleep so had to open the window to cool it down meaning road noise disrupted my sleep. Access the rooms may be tricky with luggage. Otherwise it's a great place.

Disappointing

Liked: The room and bathroom was neat and clean.
Disliked: The room was next to the road and there were people sat outside drinking and making noise preventing me from sleeping. The window didn't have a net to provide privacy as I had to open the curtain and window to allow cool air as it was very hot. The bathroom was outside but then this was the cheapest room.

Liked: Breakfast was perfect - good selection on offer. Location excellent, in the middle of Long Melford. I loved my room in a little house next door to the main pub and opening straight onto the street
