Enjoyed my stay

Liked: The room was a good size, very clean and the bed comfortable
Disliked: The traffic could be heard at night, however I am used to a very quiet street

Liked: staff very friendly and helpful, location great, very clean
Disliked: my only complaint was the aircon was so stuffy, as you can't control the temperature, we had to call reception on both nights to turn it down or to cold. As we couldn't sleep. I would recommend that you should be able to control your own room. we hardly got any sleep at all due to being so stuffy, which is unfortunate, as the location was perfect.

Liked: Our second visit in a short time. Same wonderful staff at Gateway and club next door. Check in is a seamless process and staff member was kind enough to accompany us to our room and assist. Checkout was quick and efficient. Room was very large and had all facilities.

Liked: Good size room, great staff.
Disliked: The heater was on all night and you can't control the temperature, it must be set by the hotel. It was extremely warm in the room and uncomfortable because of that. Even when we changed it to fan setting it was still so hot.
