Fantastic Short Stay

Liked: Staff at front reception excellent and friendly. Provided local knowledge and had umbrellas on hand. Dinner at adjoining Wests Mayfield was fantastic and perfectly cooked. Everything was so pleasant. Thanks Team you are awesome

Liked: We could not get the TV to connect to WiFi for streaming of movies etc, did not work, lovely lady from reception came to our room to try to fix it but was unsuccessful, so offered us another room but with no spa, we declined. She went to reception and then came back with a bottle of wine for us, lovely lady.
Disliked: Only the tv not working

Liked: First time staying here.Close to Newcastle Entertainment Centre, 10 minutes or less. I love how the apartments are designed . It has a window seat in each room and the living room . Spacious and clean too! Comfortable beds, comfortable bath robes which was a nice surprise because you wouldn’t normally find them in apartment-style hotels. I also love the two shower heads on either side of the cubicle!This place made such an impression on my 6 year old that she wrote a note to say “ I like this hotel where you’re working” to the staff! An overall excellent experience! Will be staying here again if need to find a place in Newcastle!

Shower is like a peep...

Liked: The location and being so close to the entertainment centre is great. The staff are friendly.
Disliked: Having to ask for the heat to be turned on is frustrating. I hate the glass window between bathroom and bedroom especially at night when the light gets turned on and it wakes you up. It’s also not good if it’s 2 friends or mother and child as you can see EVERYTHING when you’re showering. Absolutely no privacy or anything left to the imagination.
