Great stay very friendly staff

Liked: Great location to underground, very clean and comfortable bed, very hot and supplied electric fan.
Disliked: Road noise but did supply earplugs, it was exceptionally hot day/night so needed to keep windows open.

Liked: Perfect location for what we needed. Excellent value for money. Super clean room and the staff were really nice, polite and helpful. Very comfortable. Would stay again.

Lovely little hotel would definitely...

Liked: The room was newly decorated and furnished. The location was great for us.
Disliked: The room was on the front so some traffic noise, but this was to be expected. The room was very warm as was the weather but a fan was provided in the room. Air conditioning would have been appreciated.

Liked: Excellent osition to shops, food outlets, tube station and rail station.
Disliked: Traffic, pedesrian, and pub noise were extremely bad.This is an old 6 noise from guests in other rooms and squeaky floors. Poor ventilation to room as only one window opened and only a little bit. The room was very warm and muggy. The shower pressure was very poor. Car parking at £10 a day was ok except several times there were too many cars parked and we were blocked in so did not get to use our car when we needed.

Warning about the bathroom

Liked: When you move the tea table between the window and the bed you have enough room to open the luggage.
Disliked: Room extremely different from the pictures, standard lower. The bathroom definatley needs a WARNING in the official description: there is only a small gap between shower and sink to reach the toilet and even if fitting through not everybody will be able to use it. Shower had a sign, that water need to be running for two minutes before using, not ecofriendly, use some money to fix the problem?The bathroom situation but also the whole building was not accessible.There is a fridge in the room which is loud and did not smell good. I paid more than usually for a hotel room in London and expected better for that.
