Unwelcoming staff, uncomfortable stay, clean...

Liked: The only thing that you would like about the property is the cleanliness
Disliked: The staff is extremely unwelcoming. We were a couple and the first room that was given to us was in the lower basement where the window opens to a wall. Thankfully without a smile or a word they did change us. I would not have been surprised if they would have said a no to this. For everything else they said a no - can you help with one night parking (no), can you help with luggage (no). No one has a smile on the face. The beds are too small for 2, the flow of water in the bathroom is very limited and further in the night you would also hear the sound of the train.Just one more thing, the reception timings may change or you might not be able to reach out to them when needed so just be a little aware of that

Liked: Good location, close to metro, restaurants and shops close by. We had room no11, it was very clean, small but confortabile, not noisy at all. Definitely recommend!

Liked: It was perfect. Room was small but had everything you need, comfy bed, bathroom with shower gel, electric kettle, tee&coffee, fridge and tv. Close to the street but I slept really good. Location is also very nice.

Disliked: Check in was not at reception so keys were in lock box outside was fine but it’s reassuring to know that someone is on reception should there be an issue
