Warm welcome and very high...
Liked: Great location off the M6. Quiet; lovely outlook. Friendly, upmarket country pub vibe. Beautifully decorated. Very comfortable, characterful rooms.Warm welcome. Fantastic food. Lovely breakfast.

Excellent value for money
Liked: The hotel far exceeded my expectations and was excellent value for money. The room was large, well furnished and very comfortable. The service was excellent. The restaurant area was well decorated and the food was very, very good. I would very happily stay here again and for longer0

Liked: Central to where we needed to be
Disliked: Food wasn’t very nice and quite expensive for what we got. Outside furniture needed attention. Windows needed painting.

Enjoyable, relaxing 3 nights stay...
Liked: The gateway inn was in a prime position and everything was to our expectations. It was our first experience in a hotel with our dog but everything was excellent. The field next to the hotel was a big plus for a last walk and a great advantage for throwing his ball.
