Nice little hotel

Liked: Nice little hotel with everything we needed for an overnight stay as a family
Disliked: We were in the family room. A little noisy as when we were trying to get the children to sleep. Noise of a washing machine and noise of the bar. This is just due to the location of the room.

Great stop over location enroute...

Liked: Lovely location. Ideal for stop over on way to Scotland. Nicely decorated. Good size. Ideal having a separate kids room.
Disliked: There was no milk in room. On asking and being told someone would bring some up, I had to ask again after no one came after half an hour. Very annoying. I think the toilet may be broken too in room 9 as there was a water refilling noise all night long which meant we hardly slept. The main TV also wouldn't show live TV. Needs a lamp in the kids room.

Poor. Miserable welcome first evening....

Lovely stay, I would recommend...

Liked: The staff where really nice, and the room was lovely decor, tea and coffee and hot chocolate facilities in the room, the bathroom was huge, I thought with me bringing my dog I might not get a great room, but how wrong was I, the room was lovely and the view was great too.There is also a Bakery and cafe all fresh homemade food, across the road literally, this was a bonus too
