Liked: Good location, close to beach but not too busy.
Disliked: Our room was not set up on the first night so had to wait four hours for an additional room to be assigned to accommodate the family. We then had to checkout and check back in to another room on day two. Other than the initial inconvenience the stay was as expected.

Disliked: Pool floor is sharp and my kids feet got scrapes from ground

Liked: The location in South Beach was great, the place was great, and the staff who greeted me were very helpful! Special thanks to hotel employee, who helped big time!
Disliked: The room I paid for was to include a balcony, but I wasn't given one. The pictures also suggested the room was much bigger than it already was. Finding parking was a challenge at first, it wasn't straight forward and instructions before arrival would help
