Poor customer service by Indian...

Liked: Ideal location. And friendly staff who upgraded us without us having to ask as the single bed rooms were on the third floor and it was obvious I could not manage that many stairs.
Disliked: Noisy at night with bars that did not close till 2.30am . Car parking some distance away which I suppose is to be expected with a hotel so close to city centre but there was space to unload at the door

Liked: It's one of the cheaper places to stay in dublin, and right in the heart of the city, staff were nice, shower was fine , the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I think they are honest on the website it's close to a busy bar , I could here music coming from the bar next store, I was prepared for that they note this , o feel this is a grand place for a night once you know what your going into the room is basic, does the job , great if it was hens or stags , much better then a hostel. I would stay again, but if your looking for luxury, this isn't the place , I stayed multiple times here.
