Disliked: it was so noisy, the bar was going on until wee hours of the morning, the entire place is so dark and dreary certainly nothing like the photos they have advertised

Liked: Good central location, very friendly staff. Decent price for Dublin city
Disliked: Lots of steps to get up to reception - not ideal for long term stays with lots of luggage and not very accessible

Liked: Good location off Connell Street.
Disliked: No parking onsite and parking garage used and assisted with Validated parking discount is a 10-minute walk from hotel. Bed was appalling. Forget sleeping. It was impossible.

Liked: I liked that the location was very central and close to shops and restaurants
Disliked: Our room was unbearably hot and because of this we asked reception what the reason was and they told us we were above the boiler and there’s nothing they could do about it. We got fans given with the room but even then it was very uncomfortable to even stand in the room because of how hot it was. I didn’t like the this wasn’t mentioned anywhere when were booking
