Very disappointed customers

Liked: Room was clean and staff were inviting
Disliked: My bed was broken. There was massive dip in my mattress which couldn't be slept in. When reported. The staff could do nothing about it. When I was leaving. The secretary just apologised. No refund, nothing was offered. Myself and my freind were exhausted due to the lack of sleep we got. And very upset.

It's a good budget hotel,...

Liked: Room was clean and reasonably comfortable. Good location in centre of Dublin, with lots of Bus/Tram stops in the vicinity.Plenty of cafes in the area for breakfast. Close to a number of supermarkets.Staff were helpful and allowed me to drop off my luggage there in the morning, prior to formal check-in later that afternoon.
Disliked: The hotel had a "well worn" feel about it. But it's not The Ritz and is good value overall.
