Liked: We have stayed there several times over the years and have always had excellent service from the 2 great lads who owns the hotel we would recommend the hotel always
Disliked: We found the towels very hard and rough

Liked: Very close to the station & the tram stop, literally a 5 minute walk so really easy to get around, facilities were good and the price was very competitive.
