Double booking

Liked: Booked on 6/2025 and received notification on 6/24/25 that they overbooked and could stay at hotel across street. No more info was given and left 2 messages and sent e-mails and a day later got a call from Tim about what happened. Since I booked for 6/27-29 I had to pay more for another hotel and hope for the best. Very displeased and never had this problem before. Lorraine D

Liked: Excellent location. Right on the beach and near many activites.
Disliked: The air conditioning was totally inadequate. We stayed in June and it was hot. Had trouble sleeping due to heat. Also, the Internet was terrible. It kept cutting out making it difficult to watch anything.

Liked: Jason at front desk was so very nice and helpful. He made our stay that more enjoyable.
Disliked: Mybe the smell of Fabulouso cleaning agent was a little to strong in rooms.

Not a motel!! False advertising....

Disliked: This is not a motel. They are individually owned units. There was no picture online of the unit we stayed at for good reason. It was dingy and dirty.

Disliked: wifi weak but did not bother me. staff is not there too much but this also did not bother me. Loved it. Will stay here again.

restored our peace

Liked: the sounds of the ocean was theraputic and so relaxing to sleep to at night. the apartment was clean and met our needs for a quick overnight to visit family. if we had t had plans we would’ve been able to check in as early as noon making for an even longer stay on the beach.
