Liked: The staff were all friendly and helpful and the central location is really handy. I was a little worried about it being noisy at night-time but I didn't hear anything, however, my room was not on a side facing the road.
Disliked: The electrics in my room all looked very dated. The power didn't seem stable enough for my wireless phone charger to work properly (I have never had issues before or since).

Disliked: have stayed before and last time room spot on, this one extremely tired, not worth the money spent at all, next to no plug sockets, messages asking for a fan to be added to the room which was ignored

Liked: Location was fantastic and the given how central we were was really quiet once inside. Staff were really friendly and welcoming, we didn't have any issues but I felt confident if we did they'd be on hand to help.
Disliked: Room was a bit warm, could do with updating and the bed was small.

Disappointing

Disliked: No black out blinds, so if you’re woken up at early hours of the morning (which we was because of the hotel being based in the city centre) you ain’t getting back to sleep. Room was clean but just dated.
