Very uncommon

Liked: The location was quite good.
Disliked: The whole water system was down. There was no running water, no shower no toilet nothing at all. It never got fixed during my stay.

Convenient, traditional and clean in...

Liked: Great location. Helpful reception with information on buses and trams and what to see in the city.Comfortable lounge area. Traditional. My sister and I had single rooms with window. Both fine.

Liked: Our stay was comfortable and very convenient to all locations we needed to visit. Room was very comfortable, clean and towels etc were changed daily. Breakfast was first class and very reasonable. Highly recommend Gardens Hotel

Cheap but avoid if possible...

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Very outdated Not very clean Shower was extremely hot and there was no cold running water in the sink or the shower Awaken by a fire alarm and no explanation as to why it went off

Liked: stayed for work, nothing special.
Disliked: A bit worn down. could definitely benefit from a renovation.

It's in the city centre,...

Liked: it's in a very centre area in Manchester
Disliked: It overall was really not nice, our first room smelt horrible and was so so so warm.There was also no facilities in our first room like cups or hairdryer etc also 1 very old plug socket for the whole room. We then paid for an upgrade to a room with a window, however even though it's supposed to be better there is still a bad smell and stains on the bed . when it came to sleeping i got none the bed was uncomfortable and there is a LOT of screaming (literally cry's for help) in the area round the back where our window was.
