Disliked: Room wasn’t wat Ii expected for the money good have been better

for this money you can...

Liked: breakfast was only available at the garden centre which opens at 10;30 on a sunday the room needs you out by 10:00 so if you want a breakfast you have to sit in your car for half an hour, think it needs a little thought
Disliked: the room was very tired looking and the bathroom did not have any soap to wash hands so take some with you

Disliked: The little things don’t seem to get done. Room 6 the toilet didn’t flush so we were left to fill the waste paper bin with water and pour it down.A week later on the hottest day of the year room 9 radiator was stuck on full heat, but only in the bathroom, so the door got closed.Half a toilet roll. No soap, shampoo etc. Good job I bring my own. Just a liquid soap dispenser in the shower. Not at the sink.Only one sachet of coffee. Plenty milk. Tiny coffee cups. No tea mugs.

Not very professional place. Standards...

Liked: The place was nice and warm when we went to bed as it was freezing outside
Disliked: We put the bath on and black bits came out. We had no bedding. Not enough towels, drinks bottle on the side wee in the toilet, spoken to staff. Didn't really care

Ideal location for business all...

Liked: First ever hotel room with an upstairs bedroom and a downstairs living groom.

Liked: Not a bad location really close to the main road so easy to access. Pub on site is nice and the staff are very attentive. Food was good too.
Disliked: Curtains in the room need lining or to be thicker.
