Disliked: The room we were allocated compared to other party members whose rooms were a lot nicer. Had the worst room there!!

I wouldn’t be staying here...

Liked: Nothing when it came to the room. The restaurant was lovely and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: Most of it unfortunately, the room was freezing I had to sleep in trousers and a jumper all night. There was used soap in the shower with a pubic hair on it. The shower curtain had brown stains all on it looked like dried blood or something. The sink was dirty. I have taken pictures of all of this too. For hours during the night I had a car parked outside my room with the engine running was very loud and unsettling considering I was a female on my own.I had to pay £100 as a deposit for the room, then was told it would take between 2-10days for me to have my money back in the bank which I find is awful considering that’s more than what I paid for the room. So over all I’ve paid £180 so far for a room that was dirty and freezing.

Liked: Location great Size of room brilliant
Disliked: Room was not cleanDepending on room it either had heating you couldn't turn down and was on 24hrs a day Or no heating We were told that they are in process of doing the rooms They are down to one domestic and they had not cleaned the room so we were moved.Other family had no heating and eventually was given a heater were also offered to move but to much trouble. Had to keep complaining and not happy Stayed here 4 times but this last time

Disappointing

Liked: Room was relatively clean
Disliked: The room felt like a cheap American style motel, single glazed windows, room was cold on arrival, the bathroom door frame was coming apart, tea and coffee but no spoon to actually make a hot drink, a lamp with no light bulb in it (just take the lamp out the room) emergency lighting was full of dead bugs, broken shower handle so you couldn't change the shower from the hose shower to the actual waterfall head shower and took a long time for the water in the shower to heat up, bed and pillows were also quite hard. Don't feel it was worth £80 for the night.

Disliked: Walked into the room the mirror was dirty , the bathroom radiator was broken - could not turn down the heating , way too hot, tried to turn it down the valve of the radiator was fully broken.

noisy boiler next to room...

Liked: nothing, noisy boiler next to room ,had to pay a extra £100 as a damage waver, room had damage to wall in bathroom when we got there and the front door had had several repairs. no all night service and i wood class it as a poor motel not a hotel and will not go back.
