For the price I expect...

Liked: Lovely hotel, good breakfast. Gluten free options.
Disliked: Standard room is a bit small for the price. Shower control came off in my hand. Bit disappointing given the room rate. Staff very helpful when advised of the fault, but this is something housekeeping could not have failed to have noticed when cleaning the room.

Comfortable and convenient

Liked: Great central location and close to Westfield
Disliked: Not enough breakfast items had been cooked so the scrambled eggs and pastries were not available at least 30 minutes before the end of breakfast. More were promised and did arrive but although the breakfast sitting was extended by 10 minutes, the new items came out just too late. Everyone had already finished their breakfast so sadly they were untouched.
