Would highly recommend this hotel for your ABBA experience and Stratford Centre location.

Liked: Booking.com mucked up the booking (again), but the reception chap booked us in anyway and upgraded our room as recompense. Hotel room etc was excellent.
Disliked: This is the second time recently that we have arrived at a hotel with a confirmed booking by booking.com and the hotel did not know we were meant to be coming. There is something very wrong with the booking.com system that needs sorting out. I don't blame the hotel at all, this is all down to booking.com.
