Disliked: The Gannet House and Gannet Inn are entirely different properties. The Gannet Inn seems to be the nice part of the hotel and the Gannet House is dreadful. Unfortunately paid extra to be in a suite but ended up being in the Gannet house and the sports bar near the entrance is an issue

Liked: The staff at the Gannet hotel couldn’t do enough for you.Very accommodating, friendly especially the Receptionist Charmaine. Staff at the Beach front Restaurant need to make customers feel more welcome, felt very uncomfortable.
Disliked: How friendly the stafff were, lovely food and great room.

Would definitely stay again

Liked: Room with a view was excellent. Food was excellent and the staff very attentive and good humoured.
Disliked: Some of the furniture in particular the arm chairs in the room could do with a good deep clean as they were soiled and looked as though they had been for some while

Liked: Perfect choice of breakfast and evening meal.All staff gave very friendly, calm service, and sought to meet our need for less stairs: gave us room on the lower floor when it became available - to cater for my partner's arthritic hip.Enjoyed the view of the sea, Very roomy, extremely comfortable bed, with lots of pillows and cushions,No hassle to leave by 10 am!Many thanks for three very comfortable nights

OUTSTANDING!

Liked: A great place to stay - rooms are comfortable, clean and we had a great view. Staff are very polite and breakfast was lovely! Can’t fault it and WILL be coming back again!
Disliked: Nothing!

Disliked: our room was above the toilets to the bar so we could hear doors slamming shut and the hand dryer constantly going we weren't told we would be staying above a sports bar toilet
