Liked: Very spacious two bed flat perfect for 5 people, well equipped kitchen, big fridge. A few minutes walk from the C and B lines which take you downtown in 15 minutes and also all the way to Brooklyn without changes. The flat and entire building is very tastefully decorated, it felt like staying in the home of a noble. Comfy big beds. Quiet at night. Mark was very friendly and welcoming, he gave us lots of tips and showed us around the area. Thank you!
Disliked: It could do with a revamp of kitchenware, bed sheets and bathroom towels as they looked well used and were made of synthetic fabric.

Liked: The host is amazing, giving us really good information about the city and being really attentive and helpful. The space also has a wonderful rooftop with an amazing view and I really liked the neighborbood
Disliked: There's only one key per room, which can be tricky in a group

Nice place and hosts. Good...

Liked: The hosts were welcoming, we arrived a bit late but it wasn't an issue. The location is great, especially if you don't just want to be in lower Manhattan. Public transport is really close and the neighborhood is good. The room was comfy with a nice view.
Disliked: A locked door separated our room from the adjacent one, which meant sound insulation could have been better. We missed a sink a bit, because without is we couldn't really use normal plates to eat our food on. The hosts provided paper plates and cups which was fine, but don't expect to cook anything.
