Good location to explore Oxford

Liked: Small but clean and tidy room. Nice staff, car park, bus stop right outside that was quick and easy to get into Oxford. Free sweets on display for guests. We didn't eat breakfast there as it didnt work out for us going to parkrun but restaurant area looked lovely.
Disliked: Car park was £10 that was not included in cost.

Liked: Almost everything about this place is amazing. The Galaxie is tastefully decorated, the staff are friendly and the property is well maintained. Definitely the nicest guesthouse that I've ever stayed in Oxford. The buffet breakfast was also incredibly good. The Galaxie is also well located close to shops and restaurants in Summertown. Only 25-30 minute walk, or ten minute bus ride to Oxford's historic city center.
Disliked: I stayed in a lovely double room that was spacious and tastefully decorated. my only complaint is that the bed was too short and I had to sleep diagonally. Full disclosure: I am taller than average, at 6'2, but I'm usually fine with most hotel beds. This one was definitely short.

Disliked: Being unable to confirm parking before attending

Beautiful, unique and welcoming family...

Liked: Beautifully refurbished, family run hotel - felt very welcome as a solo traveler. Andrew who is front of house is an asset to the hotel - very loyal and has a real passion for the place. Loved my room, location, easy parking and yummy breakfast!
Disliked: I liked everything
