The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and located near to the Bath Forum, which is why we chose it.

Liked: Beautiful hotel, well looked after by all staff, breakfast was amazing, we came for my husband birthday and they left a small birthday cake and lovely gift which was a real lovely touch!Great location as well, highly recommend this hotel and we will be back

Better than expected

Liked: The room definitely had a WOW factor. Very quiet and the staff were excellent. Close to all our daily excursions and we really enjoyed going out locally - found 2 great restaurants!
