Superb

Liked: All staff were welcoming and attentive especially to our dog, the dog bed, bowl, biscuits were a lovely touch in our room, the room was spacious and very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: We enjoyed everything only thing was the wait for our dinner on both nights although dining area not very busy we did have a wait for our food, a member of staff did come to our table to say the food would not be long as we had waited a while, the food was excellent when it did arrive and we would definitely return to this hotel.

Lovely hotel just near Irvine.

Liked: Wonderful hotel, very dog friendly rooms.
Disliked: Very hot during the night. Pillows a little flat

Pleasant stay.

Liked: Lovely area and hotel is nice. Nice spa area. Breakfast was nice and the grounds are lovely. Beach very close.
Disliked: No swimming pool and kids under 16 can't access the spa area which wasn't made clear on the booking site.

Delightful location.

Liked: Lovely location, clean room, delicious breakfast. Dinner staff weren't as expected, not as attentive as expected. Food was delicious. Breakfast service was excellent.

Fine for a B&B but...

Liked: Very few plug sockets in rooms, none by the bed. Poor lighting in the rooms. Spa was very disappointing, mould in bathroom too. Did not enjoy our stay and won’t be returning.
