No room cleaning service and...

Disliked: I asked the desk several times to clean up room but they didn't do any reaction on that day, which made us uncomfortable whit no changing bed sheet and no replenishing toilet paper. Plus the desk charged more than the cost I've done through booking.com saying that booking.com is only third party.

Disliked: I didn't like the fact we had to go out the side door, and walk around the pool just to get to the elevators to get to our room..Also the tv had no signal..So we couldn't watch tv..

Disliked: The bed was a hazard. In the night I hit my leg on the corner and cut it in two places. I had to go to the CVS a block away for bandages to dress my leg before departing the hotel.

Disliked: Ceiling Lights above the beds doesn’t work. Hair dryer was not working. Cold water under shower , You need to wait few minutes to get warm. When you are family with kids staying at one room, only 2 adults have breakfast, nobody is saying at the reception that You need to pay for kids breakfast ( when You are booking from booking.com also You have no clue that breakfast for all group is not included). When you are reading the booking confirmation it is mentioned that only 2 adults. This is not fair.

Disliked: Mould and damp rooms - all the hallways smelled so bad as well

Liked: The location is amazing and the character of the building is lovely.
Disliked: The service was poor, there was no hot water, the elevator did not work reliably, the tv did not work and we were checked-in 30 mins late.
