Liked: Best kitchen in area
Disliked: A 20% tax is included in the bill, but the waiters are in no hurry to talk about it, and you still pay American tips out of habit. Also you should always ask the waiters about 15% discount because you livi in this hotel.

Nice location . That's it.
Liked: Good facilities, nice staff. There has been a big issue with a water leakage, they helped and provided a refund.
Disliked: Overpriced, very small room with a lot of damages. Restaurant with far quality at extremely high prices plus a service charge of 20%.Valet is 51$, not 41 as wrongly reported on Booking.

Liked: The hotel benefits from a perfect location right on Ocean Drive, yet the room was perfectly soundproofed — a real advantage in such a lively area.It’s a true Art Deco landmark that architecture enthusiasts will absolutely appreciate. The breathtaking view of the beach and the unbeatable rooftop pool make it a standout place to fully enjoy Miami Beach.Several thoughtful touches added to the experience, such as complimentary lounge chairs set up directly on the beach and a free on-demand movie available on the TV. All of this came at a fair price point.The room, though small, was clean, smartly laid out, and well-equipped — comfortable and practical for a successful stay.
Disliked: A few aspects did, however, take away from the overall experience. The so-called “included breakfast” was actually a $30 credit per person per night to be used at the hotel restaurant. Given the very high prices on the menu, it was difficult — if not impossible — to enjoy a full breakfast within that allowance.Regarding amenities, both the Wi-Fi and the smart TV didn’t work in our room on the 6th floor. Despite several requests to staff, the Chromecast function was never resolved.The air conditioning unit was also extremely loud, to the point where we had to turn it off at night in order to sleep.Lastly, we noticed repeated billing errors. It’s highly recommended to carefully check your charges — my credit card was charged without any clear reason.
