Wonderful location/ambiance, just a few...

Liked: Excellent location. Short walk to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. Fairly quiet. Individual, unique rooms. (We booked two) gas fireplace was a nice touch. Parking on site (for a fee).
Disliked: It could’ve been a really superior experience with a few adjustments. The bathroom smelled like chlorine, although it faded away during the stay. It was disappointing that the advertised bathtub jets did not work because that was one of the reasons I chose that room. The bed was comfortable, but pillows were lumpy/poor quality. My husband and I both wound up using our coats as pillows instead. It would’ve been helpful to have some bottled water in the room to use for the Keurig coffee maker that needed water.

Liked: Perfect location and lovely big room. Staff were very friendly! Great place for a couple on vacation.
Disliked: I would have expected parking to be included with the cost of the room. Was a bit pricey.

Comfortable stay in the heart...

Liked: Central location in Sausalito. Short walk to everything. Front desk staff proactively communicated about check-in and parking, even reminded me to reserve parking at Muir Woods nearby. Room was spacious and everything worked well. Balcony has a clear view of the SF skyline.
