Liked: Most everything was great , I would stay again
Disliked: A Few little things went wrong , I got delivered the wrong bags .Bags belonged to a Mrs May & Cathy , I thing it had to do with the room as TV also said Mrs May . Account issue on leaving But all fixed quickly and Politely

Liked: All round great hotel, excellent location, great breakfast.
Disliked: Charging ports on both sides of the bed.

Staff exceptional and excellent breakfast...

Liked: The friendly attentive staff were excellent. Any request swiftly addressed. Cleanliness of room and bathroom and the overall design relaxing and light.
Disliked: TV remote not functioning and a problem also apparently with the tv itself. No earlier access to my room after flight although requested days prior to arrival . I needed a brief rest and chance to change as I was speaking at a memorial service for a colleague at the State LIbrary. Fortunately friends also staying there took me to their room. Staff kindly offered the gym facilities but this was not suitable for my needs as I am elderly.Different rooms for different checkin and checkout times would be smart as most people are gone by 10 for work or tourism.
