Shocking Booking.com never told us...

Liked: Don’t know never got to stay
Disliked: The property was closed due to being renovated. Booking.com charged me for the stay and not once mentioned the hotel being shut. We turned up to realise it’s been closed for several weeks. Trying to sort a refund through Booking.com as we didn’t/couldnt use the hotel

Liked: The staff tried their best to help
Disliked: The property was no clean. They had renovations going on and it did not look like somewhere to stay.The room was smelling cigarette smoke and the room was infested with bed bugs .The corridors look very old .Customers service very bad in terms of communication. Sometimes the number works and sometimes it doesn’t.I am trying to get my refund as I did not end up staying at the property.
