Liked: The staff tried their best to help
Disliked: The property was no clean. They had renovations going on and it did not look like somewhere to stay.The room was smelling cigarette smoke and the room was infested with bed bugs .The corridors look very old .Customers service very bad in terms of communication. Sometimes the number works and sometimes it doesn’t.I am trying to get my refund as I did not end up staying at the property.

We know we were lucky...

Liked: Breakfast was toast and instant coffee.
Disliked: The bathroom was down the hall and a flight of steps, the 2 toilets in the communal bathroom didn’t always flush, one toilet didn’t have a light. The shower in the communal bathroom didn’t work. The hot water in our room sink didn’t work, or in the shower down the hall. Many thinks on the restaurant menu weren’t available. Hotel maintenance people were burning rubbish in the back car park so we had to close our room’s windows.
