Liked: Didn’t get in we booked this in January to find out when got there they was closed for reservations no one let me know had to find alternative accommodation

Very terrible experience. I wouldn’t...

Liked: The staff tried their best to help
Disliked: The property was no clean. They had renovations going on and it did not look like somewhere to stay.The room was smelling cigarette smoke and the room was infested with bed bugs .The corridors look very old .Customers service very bad in terms of communication. Sometimes the number works and sometimes it doesn’t.I am trying to get my refund as I did not end up staying at the property.
