Disliked: TV in the room was a bit old school, need one that's larger and more up date. Bar meal very average.

Disliked: Our room, whilst probably priced accordingly, was dark, given its location. Even with the sun shining outside we needed the light on.Service in restaurant was very slow on a couple of occasions

Liked: Lovely grounds, perfect setting, great food
Disliked: We stayed here for our 10 year anniversary which the hotel was advised about. We expected a small token just to recognise this but there was nothing. We were put one of the rooms sharing with a bridal party who were allocated all of the corridors to get ready. We were woken up at 6:45. We have a child and therefore lie ins are rare so this was just not acceptable. A small balance was taken from the meal as an apology but this could have easily have been avoided.
