The Frenchmen knocks every hotel...

Liked: When we arrived, we were in love immediately. Bianca was so hospitable. She met us outside because we kept passing the location. She not once got agitated or impatient. She walked us to our room and helped with our bags and gave us ideas of what to do. We come to NOLA all the time and try to stay somewhere different just because but I’m pretty sure we’ve found OUR place. The room was just enough for us. The bathroom was beautiful and quaint. Not over the top but just right for us as a couple. I loved the aesthetic of the location as well. I’ve recently started to grow my photography business and I took lots of great photos while I was around Frenchmen and I regret not getting more of the hotel but I was so “drunk in love” with my Hubby (freshly married (5/14)) that I couldn’t focus on much. We will be back for sure. We appreciate everyone’s hospitality and please don’t change a thing ❤️
Disliked: This is a hard one for me. If anything, maybe the pool hours. But I’m sure there is a reason why they are set for what they are. Business is business and I don’t dabble in an area I’m not in. I only say that one because we did use the pool but we missed out on the hot tub because a bridal party was in it during that time and we didn’t want to intrude. Other than that, keep up the awesome work.

Superb

Liked: Great locations, friendly staff, nice pool, cool decor in the main building.
Disliked: The outer rooms, around the pool, were VERY basic inside. No art or cool things to look at.

Exceptional

Liked: The most perfect location. Pool is so lovely. Love love the self check in!

Good

Liked: The staff was exceptionally friendly. I loved how eclectic the space was. I loved the white noise makers. It was a thoughtful touch as the hotel is right on Frenchmen. The sheets…omg, where did the bedding come from?! It was amazing!! All in all, it was a good stay and a very reasonable price.
Disliked: On the day of our arrival the pool was extremely cloudy and being shocked. By the morning it was crystal clear. Unfortunately we were only staying one night while we awaited our long term accommodation, so we never used the pool as we originally planned. No huge deal. I wish there would have been curtain liners to the windows. The light outside kept me awake quite a bit. The bed was comfy but it dipped slightly in the center causing a little short lived backache. I’m a stomach sleeper and the pillows were far too thick to sleep comfortably. A combo of pillow thickness’ would be nice.

Would recommend! What a steal!

Liked: Location was great, we used the pool and rooftop a bunch, rooms were cute, and common spaces in rooms were exactly what we needed for a group trip
Disliked: It was noisy for rooms bordering the street but that comes with the location, and the balconies were locked when I thought we'd get to use them

Great location, great pricing, nice...

Liked: We loved the staff, they were always so lovely. The location is close to all of the popular French Quarter hotspots. The hotel and rooms are very sweet and we loved the way they have been styled but still keeping the authenticity of the 1980’s build.
Disliked: The only two things were, the hotel bar was not open which was a shame and our shower curtain was covered in mold so we had to buy bleach for the shower. The room and everything else was super clean.
