Disliked: Not much just a couple of constructive suggestions. Larger bed in the cavendish room. Plug socket needed nearer dressing table and bath Mat or rail needed in shower

Unnecessary stress from staff over...

Liked: Interior design was fabulous. Massage done by Anita was above the expectations thank you I recieve 30%off on my first treatment and I enjoy the wellness centre I like the breakfast and coffee was great.
Disliked: Stress I receive from the staff after running late to my treatment made me dislike the way staff deal with unexpected circumstances in immature way and calling them back to let them know that we been stuck in the diversion with child crying and being told off about it made me feel upset because I wasn't understood or supported. I felt like the money we spent there still been not enough and the guilt treatment I receive for my friend missing his treatment while I still had mine that he wasn't remind about it or confirm with staff as he missed the one he wanted was not necessary. I would appreciate if staff could confirm with each individual the treatment rather rely on other people and remind about it before hand if the customer decide to still have it after missing the one previously agreed and also show appreciation for customer choosing the venue over other venues and perhaps asking about customer needs and expections rather than focusing on things we cant control such as diversions or child not being happy would be huge bonus.

A good place to stay....

Liked: Location and staff - very friendly
Disliked: Shower was not adjustable and it leaked across the bathroom floor. Toilet seat was broken so moved when you sat on it
