Liked: Cozy…. On the lake… not crawling with tons of people

"Such A Pleasant Stay"

Liked: Eric was knowledgable about the rich history of the Inn. Pleasant stay, clean room, beautiful views, and not as busy as nearby Lake Geneva.
Disliked: The speakeasy underneath the restaurant was closed to the public. Open it up! Make a Murphy door behind the staircase, with a spiral staircase leading down to the speakeasy! Giddy up!

Liked: Nice location with very pretty view of Lake Como.Breakfast in the restaurant was really good. Very nice competent staff. We visited in before peak so it was quiet and peaceful.

Liked: Quaint room with a great view of the lake
Disliked: The breakfast was disappointing. The listing said great breakfast included, but it was $10 voucher at a on site, very expensive restaurant. A very basic breakfast ended up costing us more than double the voucher value. So buyer beware on the great breakfast included. The food was good, but no worth the hefty price tag for a meal that was promoted as being free.

Disliked: Adjoining room that I had no idea whether or not the door was secure. Mattresses were very worn and sagged severely in the middle. We didn’t stay the night. No staff on-site to talk to after 5. Was told I should have called and talked to the manager.
