Liked: The staff was exceptional! It was amazing to see such a caring, welcoming, friendly, team - from servers, housekeeping, gift shop, front desk, and everyone else with whom we had contact. They all worked hard to provide exceptional customer care and make our stay special.
Disliked: Nothing.

Glad we stayed there and...

Liked: Breakfast was tasty, quick and reasonably priced. The service overall in the hotel was perfect.The renovation of the 1950's hotel looked very nice, comfortable, very modern.
Disliked: Pillows too puffy and big.

Disliked: Large event going on - Athletes in Action Banquet- prevented our being able to park in hotel parking spaces - where we felt secure leaving our car. Instead we had to use a lot across the way which had a sign “Park at your own risk.” Business was not going to be liable for any theft or damage. It seems like since we were overnight hotel guests- we should have been able to use hotel parking.
