Disappointed

Liked: Great location
Disliked: Room was very dirty, coffee machine worked sometimes when we were able to get coffee pods for it, group of four adults and only two pods were given and it was like pulling teeth to get more from the staff..they would only give 1 at a time…iron again worked sometimes. Bed was dirty when we arrived, floor was dirty, toilet was dirty, there was a 1/4 of a chocolate bar left on the floor, not enough supplies to accommodate 4 adults. NoMicrowave. It’s unfortunate because this place has potential

Dissatisfied stay

Disliked: No one at front desk the many times we called down we even walked down still no one but I guess I was in the wrong cause u don't use the room service or front desk buttons on the phone to call front desk ...we had a clogged toilet the whole time so had to use bathrooms by the pool with 2 small children no towels in pool area had to go down the hall to get towles from the girls very disappointing trip I must say no customer service from the front desk guy everything was our fault pretty much the lady at bar was awesome so props to her for being white and nice and Canadian

I will probably not ever...

Liked: It was in a convenient location.
Disliked: We had to switch our room due to ac. The pool was salty? The hot tub wasn’t actually hot. The room had dirt everywhere.

Liked: Food was good at the restaurant. Room was clean and tidy. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: The shower had no water pressure and the shower curtain was way too long and the drain in the shower was very slow draining the water so the tub filled up while in the shower.

Convenient to the highway and...

Liked: Among the most comfortable beds in a month of traveling! Generous room size and very quiet (interior room.)
