Disappointing

Liked: Didn't have breakfast
Disliked: No wifi even though there was supposed to working wifi but it was terrible and doors didn't lock on the inside.

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: The WIFI is extremely weak and we kept losing the connection. Very difficult and annoying.

Newly decorated, clean, and quiet...

Liked: Despite college students arriving to register for classes, it was fairly quiet. The place is a maze, but the rooms are nice, very clean, and staff super helpful. We got a good and large room despite it being a big weekend for them.
Disliked: The trip to the car for items I forgot was quite long. However, we chose to stay again a few days later when we could choose a room we could park next to.

not a comfortable stay

Liked: Parking space, location of the property, pool and hot tub, bed and mattress were clean and comfortable staff was friendly.
Disliked: The washroom had very low pressure and there were no drinking bottles in the fridge and had to get it from the vending machine also they were painting the corridor which was stinking badly and navigating around the hotel was very difficult. There was no TV remote at first and later had to request one in midnight. We faced issue with the drinking water. It's an old property and they might have gave us horrible room because we booked at discounted price from booking.com

Excellent Stay

Liked: I liked that we could drive to the room. No issues for travelling with our dog. Excellent meals at the Inn restaurant and great menu. Next door the the huge Regent mall. Would go back to this hotel.

Nice facility, but with a...

Liked: The hotel was clean and, clearly, of good quality.
Disliked: The drain on the washbasin was completely blocked, rendering it unusable. We had to use the bathtub even for basic handwashing. I would not expect such an issue in what I would otherwise qualify as adecent facility.
