Exceptional
Liked: I will come here every time I come to NYC it was perfect. Near the odeon restaurant and square diner and Roxy cinema. Fun and comfy
Disliked: The intent was down in the area for a day and a bit but that wasn't the hotels fault

Liked: Front desk staff, the room, the bed, it was very clean, the breakfast, checkout time. And it’s a great neighborhood.
Disliked: Pillows were too soft, room got too warm at 4 in the morning and I wish the comforter on the bed was lighter, there should be an easier way to get ice and provide an ice bucket.

Liked: Nice location, friendly staff at the reception
Disliked: Breakfast room quite packed and we didn't like the relatively loud music during breakfast. Would habe wished for some vegetables for breakfast.

A nice hotel, but unremarkable.
Liked: The location. Right in the heart of Tribeca. The Housekeeping team were superb. The bathroom was terrific. The internet and the TV were very good.
Disliked: The size of the room. It was described as a studio, but it was small. The wardrobe was tiny! The hotel provided 6 hangers. Ridiculous. The windows were not soundproofed. One has to be prepared to put up with noise from outside during the night. There was no kettle in the room, and therefore no way to make a cup of tea or coffee. The hotel did provide a small ironing board, but it really wasn't fit for purpose. However, our biggest gripe was the layout of the reception. The hotel has been designed in such a way that it is entirely possible to stay at the hotel for a lengthy period (in my case, three-weeks), and never ever have any contact with the front of house team. Unless of course something goes wrong, or one has a question. A guest can enter the hotel and then access the lifts without any interaction with the receptionists on the other side of the lobby. Some receptionists do look up, but others don't. I've never stayed at a hotel before where contact with reception was so fleeting.

Disappointing
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience regarding a smoking accusation. I want to make it absolutely clear that I did not smoke any tobacco or use any vape or electronic smoking device inside the room. There was no visible sign, no warning, and no clear policy communicated to me in advance.I believe the accusation was made unfairly and without proper evidence. No one from the staff reached out to clarify or ask my side before applying a penalty. This is not how a guest should be treated, especially when there was no wrongdoing.I felt that the handling of this situation was unjust and not transparent at all. Aside from this issue, the stay was okay, but this left a very negative impression. I hope the management will review how they approach such situations in the future
