Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Always very welcoming from the doorman, reception and breakfast staff. The wine hour and walking tour are a great bonus. Rooms are a great size for NYC. Location is perfect, away from very busy streets but very central and many things available nearby.
Disliked: Only minus was there was only one working elevator (we were on the 7th floor) and the breakfast could be improved.

Liked: Fantastic staff - very friendly and helpful, extremely responsive to our requests/concerns. Great location in NYC, easy to hop on Subway and walkable to many desirable areas.
Disliked: Rooms were small (including tight bathrooms), but that's par for the course for NYC. Breakfast at the restaurant was a tad chaotic but included in our price, so can't complain (and it was good).

Great value, modern but historical...

Liked: The rooms were lovely, well decorated, bright and very clean. They were small but suited us fine. The breakfasts were great, such a large selection and really healthy options as well as a cooked breakfast. The staff couldn't have been nicer and more helpful, thank you to them all. The neighbourhood was very safe with lots of lovely restaurants, delis and shops. It is quite a historical area so lovely architecture and aground zero and Rockerfeller Park(amazing views of Jersey, Manhattan and Statue of Liberty) really nearby. The tube station is right outside for the 123ines and up block onto church for ABC so you could get up to everywhere. We walked most days as everywhere was accessible. Would recommend to anyone.
Disliked: Can't think of anything.

Disliked: Was very crowdy and chaotic during breakfast time. The elevator was having few issues. I found the hotel pricey for the small room.

Liked: Excellent, cosy boutique hotel in a vibrant part of town. The room was clean and quiet, the staff were really friendly. The bar has great cocktails. Breakfast is basic but good. It’s really well connected, the Subway stop is right outside. We’d love to stay again.
Disliked: Breakfast was a tiny bit of the basic side, and no kettles in the room. But apart from that, can’t fault it.
