Liked: From when we 1st arrived we felt welcome, the staff at the hotel were so helpful settling us in and took time to explain the transport links in NY. Wecwould like to thank Miracle for the outstanding job she did on reception and the care she took of us older travelers.
Disliked: Seriously can't think of anything we dudnt like.

great hotel, great location, superb...

Liked: The hotel is 'classic' in design, on the good side of the term; well-kept and comfy. Great bed and bathroom products. the greatest thing in our stay was the staff: few minutes after we checked in, they called to see that all is ok for us; we told them all is great but the room felt a little small (though exactly as advertised) - they immediately took us to see bigger ones at a discounted upgrade price. Another thing I loved is that they place any package delivered to you in your room. But the CRAZY peak of the unique staff was at our last night: we purchased some cakes and wanted to refrigerate them in the mini-bar; it seemed not cold; they sent an engineer (took him 2 minutes to come); he checked, tried to fix it, and we he didn't succeed, within 5 minutes or so, they showed up with a new mini-bar and installed it. Simply superb service and team. I will definitely return

Good location in Tribeca close...

Liked: Great location as we were visiting our son who lives nearbyLovely bar area with great cocktails.Free breakfast next door at Serafina was very welcome especially the fruit.
Disliked: The initial room we were allocated was very dark and pokey looking onto an internal void. We asked to be moved to a room more like the picture on Booking.com. After 2 nights we were moved to a much better room with 2 windows and much better light. I really don't think that both rooms were of an equal standard at all although they were the same price.

Great hotel and location

Liked: Everything was great! Given the location (amazing) and price ( not as outrageous as other places in NYC), I have little to complain about. The room was very clean, bed super comfortable, cleaning service every day.
Disliked: Don’t expect a rich breakfast in terms of quality or options. The only thing I didn’t like is the carpet in the room - requires a deep cleaning. But that is insignificant given the rest.
