Super noisy rooms, bad breakfast.

Liked: The location is the only good thing!
Disliked: The rooms were so so noisy! It was impossible to sleep, and we even changed room 2 times. We pay for a place to sleep, and that was impossible! At breakfast we heard from other guests the same.Breakfast is a joke! Took 40 min for food to arrive , many mistakes and staff doesn’t come to your table, you need to find them.

Liked: Location, Staff and service were best. From check in to check out, everything was perfect
Disliked: We missed the chance to have breakfast at the hotel.

Pleasant

Liked: Large room by London standards. Nicely decorated.
Disliked: Very noisy. Windows are not soundproof so you get a lot of noise from the Brompton Road at night. Shower poorly designed, low water pressure.

Liked: The Hotel was beautiful! The neighborhood was so perfect, close to the South Kensington Tube Station, The Natural History Museum, Royal Albert Hall, Victoria and Albert Museum, Harrods and more. The room had wonderful decor and super comfortable beds!!
Disliked: Nothing
