The Franklin Boutique Hotel

What a great stay!

Liked: I had had a brutal day travelling with several flight cancellations and delays. On arrival I was told I'd been upgraded which was the best thing I'd heard all day. The room was massive and the bathtub was a welcome relief. And to top it all off, free mini bar?? What??? Absolutely fantastic stay. Comfortable bed, great quiet heating. Could not ask for more. The staff couldn't be more helpful, even carrying my bag up the stairs for me! Thank you so much!!!
Disliked: I felt bad I couldn't eat all the food on what was advertised on the menu as a small plate...

Great establishment in the middle...

Liked: The staff at this venue were second to none. They were amazing upon check in and then again later in the day when I went downstairs for a beer and bite to eat. Food was delish and I will be back to sample more off the menu.

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful Very comfortable bed!
Disliked: Obviously not much can be done about street noise, but due to location it was incredibly noisy in the early hours of the morning over the weekend

Liked: Very central location, nice spacious room especially the bathroom! Also in-room beers are complimentary?! Would come back again
Disliked: A minor note—if you arrive too early, say before 10 am you may not have anyone to leave your luggage with prior to check in. That said I’m sure if I had called ahead of time, they would have accommodated me!

Liked: Great location, great staff, gorgeous room, great facilities. Funky steampunk style room, can't fault this stay
Disliked: There is no lift to the first floor rooms, but staff offered to carry my bag up and down the stairs, so helpful!
