A very lovely stay

Liked: It was tidy, clean and the room spacious and comfortable
Disliked: The shower was a bit old

Liked: Very nice place , the room clean , location is perfect. Staff very helpful

Liked: It’s right in front of the station, so if you’re arriving by train, the location is perfect.
Disliked: The staff wasn’t rude at all, but lacks smile. It might be inevitable because it’s close to the station, but the neighborhood is not on the safer side in the city. Nothing is terrible in this hotel, but for a four star hotel, i want to expect more than this.

Liked: The hotel is very close to Frankfurt Central Station and well connected to the historic center. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with excellent value for money.
Disliked: At night, the area surrounding the hotel doesn’t feel safe.

Quite comfy for stay over...

Liked: great location, easy to get there from the central station. The staffs r friendly. Room’s quite clean.
Disliked: The facilities r quite outdated, especially no charging port around bed.

Liked: Convenient location right opposite the main train station. There was free wifi in the hotel and breakfast was good. Overall good value for the money I paid
