Shame about the noisy fan.

Liked: Well decorated room.Comfortable bed
Disliked: Traffic noise from adjacent road. Very noisy bathroom fan which continued to run for 10 minutes after turning off the bathroom light.

A great hotel made better...

Liked: Fantastic hotel with brilliant staff - a little confusion with the booking from Booking.com, perfectly resolved by Lily who checked us in.Fabulous food in the restaurant, attended to by Tom, who was personable and brilliant.Then a marvellous breakfast served by Claire.A great hotel made better by superb staff.
