Adequate but not good -...

Liked: Fox House is in a great location with ample parking
Disliked: Now looking tired and unloved by the owners. Sparse staffing, Breakfast service was very poor.

Great location and friendly staff.

Liked: Good breakfast, good location, friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: Some mechanical plant (possibly an outdoor unit) made intermittent noise which was more obvious in the dead of night when no other background noise - stopped me getting g back to sleep.

Noisy

Disliked: It sounded like there was an airplane outside the whole night. We assumed it was some sort of air conditioning unit. It was so noisy that neither of us slept They shouldn't allow people to book such a noisy room.
