Great hotel in an excellent...

Liked: I was upgraded to a corner room on the first floor, it was very nice.
Disliked: Lack of anything in the minbar. Would be good to have had some drinks and snacks.

Liked: Great location, nice atmoshere, the best mattress ever! Very friendly personnel.
Disliked: Restaurant closed two days in a week is too much for a hotel-based restaurant.Cleaning staff had to open the door of my room daily without even knocking the door.I had to remind tbe reception to notify the staff for cleaning even in the afternoon ...

Absolute disaster - never ever...

Disliked: Check-in is an absolute disaster - 20 minute wait. Unfortunately the staff is completely overwhelmed and does not do justice to a hotel price of over 200 euros. A safe that is not fixed in the room. What is this supposed to?? Never, ever again...
