Hotel Description
The Four Seasons Hotel is set on the banks of the picturesque Loch Earn and offers breathtaking views of the loch and surrounding hillside. It has 2 restaurants to choose from as well as free Wi-Fi and free private parking. The Seasons View restaurant offers all-day dining and serves afternoon tea as well as a comprehensive and varied menu of burgers steak pasta and seafood. The more informal but equally impressive Tarken Bistro is also open in the summer months and offers a mix of imaginative and traditional dishes. Some of the Four Seasons' rooms come with a large four-poster bed and there is also a separate chalet set higher so to take advantage of the wonderful views on offer. All rooms use natural colors and come with a TV and CD player as well an private bathroom. Most rooms offer views of the loch. The hotel sits on the A85 and has direct access to the M90 motorway which is less than 40 minutes away by car. The historic Drummond Castle is only a 20-minute drive and is famous for its impressive terraced gardens.

Liked: The rustic charm of peeling paint and broken toilet seats
Disliked: Very ambiguous menu, meant we got charged £48 for toast and cereal... owner was not understanding at all and forced us into paying this for such a meagre offering. Apparently the fee we got charged should include lots of other continental products but non of it was available when the chef is in, as they encourage customers to buy the more expensive cooked breakfast.

Poor accommodation

Liked: The property is run down, smells old and mouldy, the bathroom needs serious updating, the shower had no power to its unit, so it did not work, very disappointing. Overall, we would not recommend this place. We checked out at 07:30, and nobody to had the key to and no instructions on we're to leave it.

Friendly accommodating, extra mile attention...

Liked: Staff were friendly and extremely accommodating including cooking us a meal when the kitchen wasn’t open, helpful tips for a children’s park and providing a charger! The hotel was comfortable and had a brilliant sleep. Views were superb and the breakfast equally superb! Great vibes.
Disliked: Nothing!

Had a lovely night away...

Liked: The location is fabulous. We were in a cabin and it was lovely and peaceful. Everywhere is dog friendly, could even take her to Breakfast.

Good

Liked: The view from our room was excellent. The hotel is very dated but has a great history. Bed very comfortable. We had a very good nights sleep as no noise.
Disliked: Non of the furniture matched and the hotel looks like it needs a lot of money spent on it especially the bathroom. The hotel is old and creeky
